Corazón Arizona

CORAZÓN Arizona is a 501(c)3. We are a community of diverse faith traditions, beliefs, genders, and ethnicities. We are individuals and institutions organizing community power where all Arizonans and people belong and can live with ABUNDANCE and DIGNITY.

Our mission is to cultivate and foster a welcoming and safe community of Arizonans from vast faith traditions and beliefs, schools, and allied organizations; united in expanding our democracy, economic dignity, immigrant justice, and healing and wellness.

Our mission is carried out through year-round efforts that agitate, inspire, educate, and organize Arizonans. We demonstrate this through a values driven and inclusive membership base, transforming our democratic process where impacted communities stand together as decision-makers.

Abundance & Dignity Fellowship

Abundance & Dignity Fellows consist of women and BIPOC women of color who identify as parents or caretakers, allies, and faithful/spiritual Arizonans. They are provided an opportunity to study and research organizing and activism by through exposure to topics including how to mobilize within their communities, harness creativity, and embrace the resilience that brings joy when confronting challenges in their everyday lives.

Fellows must believe people in Arizona should be thriving, not barely surviving and have the willingness to organize their communities at the grassroots level.

Abundance and Dignity Fellows will: 1) Build a stronger sense of community; 2) Address problems and concerns of the marginalized in our midst; 3) Translate our faith into action around concrete policy change; and 4) Transform the political culture of our communities and our state.
